Summer Travel Hydration Tips

Hydration is so important, especially while traveling during the summer! vitaminwater is so delicious and provides tons of hydration, vitamins and electrolytes for those on the 24/7! 
When we are traveling, especially during the summer, I am always so conscious of the amount of fluid I intake, and I know it isn't always where it should be, not to mention, air-travel takes a lot out of you! Here are a few of my fav ways to stay hydrated while traveling!
1. Keep your skin moisturized, the last thing you need while traveling is dried out skin! Always keep chap stick, moisturizer, and lotion in your carry on, just to be safe! I love tossing my favorite moisturizer and a cute chap stick in an adorable makeup bag or carrying case and taking it with me while traveling!
2. Plan a few indoor activities! Summer is prime sunshine time, but it is important to give your skin (and body) a rest and enjoy some indoor activities. Whether you're surfing in Maui or hiking in Oregon, you can take some time out and enjoy a massage indoors or sit for a long meal to get out of the sun! Remember to take a bottle of your favorite flavor of vitaminwater with you on your indoor activities!   1. Not a huge fan of vitamin water (or any flavored water). But, if I had to pick I would say the really light pink one! I remember having that back in high school. It is so important to stay hydrated!

  2. I don't usually drink flavored water but I am all for hydrating! I've definitely seen a noticeable difference in my skin based on how much water I drink in a day.

  4. I'm not usually a huge fan of Vitaminwater because I usually just drink regular water. However, I'm a huge advocate of hydration- I definitely notice a difference in my skin when I don't stay on top of hydration

  10. Oh, I've tried their water before, and it's actually awesome!! I don't go for flavored water any more because non-flavored water has less calories ;) but overall they are pretty awesome if you need a change in your life!!

  13. Great post - hydration really is so important, especially in the summer! I admit, I'm not the best at getting all the water I need throughout the day but I'll definitely keep your post in mind for the rest of summer to keep myself hydrated!
